Voyage is the digital front door to starting, running and closing a company in Malaysia — and an aspiring AI-automated corporate services firm. We think this industry has been done the same way for far too long, and we'd rather rebuild it than decorate it. No apps, no portals: you instruct us on WhatsApp or email, and the automation happens on our side. That isn't a slogan about the future — it's the reason we can charge RM399 to incorporate and RM99 a month to keep you compliant, while a traditional firm charges you for the typing.

Who we are

One team: a digital front door and a licensed firm behind it.

Voyage is the front door — the technology, the onboarding, the RM99 compliance retainer and the relationship. Muchen Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. is the licensed firm that delivers the professional work: company secretarial, accounting, tax, audit and advisory. You only ever deal with one team.

We're deliberate about the word aspiring. We're not a chatbot with a logo, and we're not a traditional firm that bought a website. AI already runs a growing share of our routine work today, and our goal is to automate every part of corporate services that can be automated safely — while keeping licensed humans on everything that can't. That line is drawn by law and by common sense, and we're upfront about where it sits.

Why our price is lower

You've been paying professional rates for admin work.

Corporate services has always been priced by the hour. But be honest about what those hours contain: re-typing your IC into a form. Copying figures off a bank statement. Emailing you three times for a utility bill. Drafting the same resolution for the thousandth time. Watching a calendar so a deadline isn't missed.

None of that is judgement. It's throughput — and it's exactly what software is good at. In a traditional firm, a senior professional's time gets consumed by it, and that time is billed to you at a professional's rate.

We push that work to AI. What's left for our licensed professionals is the part that actually needs them: reviewing, deciding, advising and signing off. Less time per client, at the right level of seniority, means it costs us less to serve you — so we price accordingly, and we make it flat and predictable instead of hourly.

Constitutions, resolutions and statutory forms are generated from your data instead of retyped from scratch. Same quality, a fraction of the hours.

ICs, passports, utility bills and bank statements are read and turned into structured data. No manual keying, far fewer typos in your filings.

Every firm in this industry wants to give you a portal. A login, a dashboard, another password, another inbox to check. Then you find out the hard part hasn't changed: behind that login, someone is still retyping your details by hand.

A portal that looks like software but runs on manual labour is just a nicer waiting room. The form moved onto a screen; the work didn't move at all. It's technology pointed at the front of the business, where you can see it, instead of the back, where it would actually save you money.

We built it the other way round. Ordinary channels on your side — WhatsApp or email, whichever you already use — and genuine automation on ours. Send us an instruction the way you'd message anyone. That message is the input: it gets picked up, processed, checked and filed. Nothing to install, nothing to learn, nothing to log into.

Company secretarial, audit and tax-agent work are licensed activities under Malaysian law. Some of the rest is simply judgement. Neither should be handed to a machine, and we don't.

Corporate services has looked the same for decades: billed by the hour, run on paper, and quietly dependent on a junior retyping your details into a form. It works — for the firm. We're not here to decorate that model with a nicer website. We're here to replace it, and we'd rather be the ones who challenge how it's always been done than wait for someone else to.

You already have WhatsApp and email, and you already know how to use them. Every instruction can go there. Making you install an app, learn a dashboard and remember another password isn't service — it's the firm's admin problem, handed to you and rebranded as innovation.

Automating a firm and keeping the fees the same is just a better margin. If software takes the cost out of the work, that should show up in the price — which is why our incorporation starts at RM399 and our retainer is a flat RM99, not "call us for a quote".

Most penalties aren't caused by bad intent — they're caused by something sitting in someone's inbox. A system that files in days and never forgets a deadline doesn't just feel better; it keeps you out of trouble.

Your information is handled under Malaysia's PDPA 2010 and stays between you, Voyage and the licensed professionals doing your work. Efficiency is never a reason to be careless with a client's documents.

Is my company filing done by AI?

No. AI prepares and checks the paperwork, but a licensed company secretary reviews and signs off every statutory filing. Accountability always sits with a qualified human, never with software.

Why is Voyage cheaper than a traditional firm?

Because most of what a firm bills you for isn't judgement — it's data entry, retyping forms, chasing documents and tracking deadlines. AI absorbs that, so our licensed professionals spend their time only where judgement is needed. What can't AI do in corporate services?

Anything licensed or judgement-based: signing statutory filings, audit opinions, tax positions, legal advice, structuring, disputes and anti-money-laundering decisions. Those stay with licensed professionals at Muchen and our partners.

Do I need to use an app or a client portal?

No — and we don't plan to build one. You instruct us on WhatsApp or email, whichever you already use. Nothing to install, no password to remember, and your history stays in a thread you own rather than behind our login. Most portals in this industry are a modern screen over a manual back office; we'd rather put the technology behind the scenes where it actually makes your work faster and cheaper.

Can I still talk to a real person?

Yes. Every client has a WhatsApp line to a real person. AI answers the routine questions instantly, and anything needing judgement goes to a licensed professional — it's never a wall between you and an answer.

Is my information safe if you use AI?
